I’m a certified Women’s Health Coach and Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner – and I’ve been where you are.

As a woman in midlife myself, I know how important the right support can be. I specialise in helping women through hormonal changes with a holistic approach that includes movement, nutrition, emotional health and practical lifestyle tools.
