A Women's Health Coach, Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner, and a mother of three
Perhaps like you, I’m a busy mum in my midlife who has had to learn how to navigate the hormonal and body changes of perimenopause. I found myself ill-equipped to deal with sleep-deprivation, mood imbalances and fitness routines that no longer worked for me.
As a long-time health and fitness fanatic, it was only natural I wanted to delve deeper and better understand what was going on with my body. Exacerbating this, I experienced an ankle injury in my 40’s, which forced me to redefine my approach to exercise. This is when yoga took centre stage during my recovery and led to my training as a yoga teacher.
Now, I’m a certified Yoga Teacher with 10 years’ experience, a qualified Women’s Health Coach and a Menopause Lifestyle Practitioner.

I’m fascinated by the human body and I believe we benefit the most when we view health and wellness with a holistic lens. Movement, nutrition, mental and emotional wellbeing are all interconnected, where one affects the other. From the humbling experience of a physical injury, experiencing menopause and dealing with life pressures, I know just how important it is to arm yourself with the right tools to guide you through the various seasons of life.The more I talked to other women, the more I realised the need for this kind of support, which is why I hope to help other women reclaim their body, confidence and zest for life.
