YOGA CLASSES

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced yogi, all levels are welcome. I offer both one-to-one classes for those who prefer a private customised yoga session, and small group classes if that’s more your vibe. Yoga is intentional movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and a workout rolled into one. Reduce stress, gain strength and flexibility, all while releasing those feel-good hormones.
As a certified yoga teacher with over 10 years’ experience, I have helped many clients feel good and grounded in their body and mind through yoga.
